Jackie is President of Imara Engineering, CEO of Tarakon Records and Co-Owner of KidsVille Franchising LLC and EEP Investing, LLC.

Her expertise lies in sustainability as a consultant and expert in Green Building Design and Engineering, Energy Efficiency & Analysis, Indoor Air Quality, Daylighting, Acoustics, Systems Integration, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Sustainable “Green” Design and LEED Certification. She is also an author, lecturer, researcher and appointed faculty member at the US Coast Guard.

She has been the recipient of numerous grants, fellowships, research funding, leadership awards and is also a motivational public speaker championing women and girls throughout the Caribbean. She was the first black female engineering graduate from the United States Coast Guard Academy and named one of Miami Dade County’s 25 most influential and prominent Black women in business and leadership 2014.
